Can I have a look at the Parlour before I book? You are welcome to visit by appointment to look at the facilities and discuss your requirements.
Why do I need to have my Dog Groomed? For hygiene, well being and to reduce the risk of matting or infections.
Must I complete a “Customer Consent” Form? Yes. This includes important info about your dog’s health and how to contact you in an emergency.
Where can I park? There is a reserved customer parking space a few steps from the door for drop off and pick-up. See the parking sign on arrival.
Can I watch my dog being groomed? I always work alone to give your dog my full attention. Dogs are easily distracted when the owners are present.
Can my dog be clipped without a bath? Unlike humans who can just get a hair-cut, all dog grooming starts with a bath.
Can you collect my dog from my home? Only available to customers without their own transport. A mileage fee is chargeable.
How often should I groom my dog? This depends on the breed, age and condition of your dog’s health. In general it can be every four to eight weeks. Contact me to discuss your next appointment.
